Milestones

1976 (B.E. 2519)
Founding: Established at a shophouse in Soi Rang Nam. Name: EEC-Environmental Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. Scope: Mechanical and electrical engineering consulting, including environmental and fire protection services. Team: 5 members.

1981 (B.E. 2524)
Expansion: Relocated to "Ban Soi Klang." Team: 25 members.

1985 (B.E. 2528)
Expansion: Relocated to the Sindhorn Building. Team: 75 members.

1990 (B.E. 2533)
Joint Venture: Founded EEC Energetics Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Energetics (Australia) to provide energy conservation consulting services.

1992 (B.E. 2535)
Expansion: Relocated to Fortune Town Building. New Entity: Founded EEC Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd. (Industrial plant engineering consulting). New Entity: Founded EEC Construction Management Co., Ltd. (Construction management and supervision).

1995 (B.E. 2538)
Rebranding: EEC Energetics Co., Ltd. changed its name to Bright Management Consulting Co., Ltd. New Entity: Founded A Plus Consultants Co., Ltd. (Project Management services).

2005 (B.E. 2548)
Education: Founded EEC Academy, an institute for engineering knowledge development.

2006 (B.E. 2549)
Rebranding: EEC-Environmental Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. changed its name to EEC Engineering Network Co., Ltd.

2013 (B.E. 2556)
Foundation Stone Laying: EEC Academy 1 Building.

2015 (B.E. 2558)
Relocation: Moved from Fortune Town Building to our new home at EEC Academy 1, Soi Ramintra 97.

2017 (B.E. 2560)
Foundation Stone Laying: EEC Academy 2 Building. New Entity: Founded EEC DT Green Power to provide design and maintenance for central utility systems.

2018 (B.E. 2561)
Expansion: Moved into the new EEC Academy 2 building at Soi Ramintra 97.

2021 (B.E. 2564)
Joint Venture: Signed a Joint Venture Agreement and rebranded EEC DT Green Power to UNISUS Green Energy Company Limited.

2023 (B.E. 2566)
Event: Organized NOVA Build Expo 2023, an exhibition of eco-friendly building innovations and technology.

2025 (B.E. 2568)
Event: Organized The NOVA Expo 2025 (Rebranded from NOVA Build Expo).

UNISUS Green Energy: A joint venture between MQDC, EEC Engineering Network, and B.Grimm Group. Together, we develop "Sustainovation" projects—sustainable and innovative utility systems. Driven by the belief that "Clean Energy and Smart Technology" are the heart of future cities, Unisus aims to create eco-friendly utility systems that save energy and elevate quality of life.

EEC Academy: An engineering training institute dedicated to sharing knowledge and experience through various activities to enhance the professional skills of engineers.

All subsidiaries within the EEC Group work in unison to deliver 'Total Engineering Solutions' that perfectly meet the specific needs of our clients.

Towards a New Home

The EEC Academy 1 and 2 buildings serve as the new headquarters for the EEC Group. Distinguished by design that prioritizes the environment, energy conservation, and safety, these buildings have received certification from numerous organizations.

The design focuses on creating an indoor environment optimized for its occupants, emphasizing the use of natural light, the infusion of fresh air, and self-shading architectural features.

"Celebrating a Decade in Our New Home" We moved to our new office—our new home—10 years ago. We want every EEC member to feel that this is truly their Second Home. Since we spend more time at the office than at our own houses, we poured our intention and care into the design of this building.

Design Philosophy Both buildings emphasize the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. We utilize natural light, fresh air, and green areas to create an environment that significantly promotes learning and working.

Green Energy Prototypes Crucially, these two buildings serve as prototypes for green energy usage. They are energy-efficient buildings with remarkably low electricity costs. This is proven by our certifications:

EEC Academy 1: Certified TREES NC Gold Level.

EEC Academy 2: Advanced to TREES Platinum Level.

Both buildings also meet Asian safety standards.

Consequently, these buildings have become a destination for those interested in building innovation, welcoming hundreds of visitors for study tours every year.

This confirms that we made the right choice in stepping into this new home—a home we designed with our own hands.

The Origins of NOVA The inception of The NOVA Expo stemmed from EEC's determination, combined with the global focus on 'Global Warming,' carbon reduction, and Thailand's goal to push towards Net-Zero Carbon. The real estate sector plays a critical role in these issues.

As part of this supply chain, EEC is committed to gathering and presenting innovations, technologies, knowledge, and products that solve these global problems—all under one roof.

The NOVA Community Simultaneously, we have made a 'society of sharing' a reality under the name 'The NOVA Community.' This is achieved through diverse activities such as international seminars, workshops, exclusive product and innovation showcases, and knowledge distribution via social media.

Looking Ahead The NOVA Expo has been held twice, in 2023 and 2025, receiving immense interest from professional associations, partners, and building innovation owners.
